WSA was created for the charitable purposes of bettering women's lives, the corporation seeks to facilitate the process for those women seeking employment within the financial services industry. The corporation shall achieve the foregoing by (a) creating opportunities that enable women to link with potential employers in these fields that they might not otherwise reach and (b) acting as an informational resource for women regarding career opportunity and professional development.

The WSA offers camaraderie with hundreds of women with similar interests and experiences. It also offers access to exhilarating events where you can make life-long connections.
